The Tibetan vow of the 'Four Immeasurables' encourages us to focus our attention to helping others and speaks of Love (Maitri), Compassion (Karuna), Joy (Mudita) and Equanimity (Upeksa). The vow is engraved in Tibetan on a recycled sterling silver disc, measuring approximately 3/4" in diameter, and wraps around the wrist on 7" natural cotton cord with a sterling silver button.
